Reference Terms used: We / our / seller: is meant to refer to Raksha Trading. You / yours / yourself / client: is meant to refer to the Buyer. SP-Courier: is meant to refer to Speedpost Worldwide Courier Service D- Courier: is meant to refer to Depex Courier Service. Courier: is meant either Depex Courier Service or Speedpost . Shipping / shipment / package / parcel: is meant to refer the product that has been purchased.

1) Payment.
We accept payment in the following modes:
a) Cash. (For local buyer).
b) Bank Cheque. (To be made in favor of Raksha Trading & made payable in any bank in Singapore & in Singapore Dollar).
c) Telegraphic Transfer {T T}. (Payment to be made in US$. Bank Details will be furnished when required. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CHARGES ARE TO BE BORNED BY THE SENDER).
d) Western Union Money Transfer. (All Charges are to be borned by the sender)

We have to insist that all payments must be made in full before we ship out the goods to the buyer.

The Payable Amount is the amount stated in the invoice that will be emailed out to the buyer prior to shipment being made.
The payment details like for example for TT payments, we'll provide the Our Bank's Swift Code & Account Number.
We on our part, upon receiving the payment, shall notify the buyer by email of the receipt of payment & make haste arrangements for the goods to be couriered out to the buyer at the next opportune moment.
We will also email the courier receipt with the tracking number to the buyer, so they may track the journey of the parcel.

2) Postage.

All prices stated on this website does not include Courier / Postal & Handling Charge.

A minimum handling charge of US$5.00 is levied on all exports and a S$3.00 for Local shipment. Handling Charge will again differ as it is in tandem with the size & weight of the parcel.
As this charge encompasses the shipping material which is unavoidable.

The Courier service that we use is the Speedpost Worldwide Courier Service & Depex Courier Service. We will try our best to reduce the shipping cost for the buyer.

If buyer(s) have existing accounts with other courier service they are more than welcome to make their own arrangement for the pick up of the goods from us.

In that event we will only charge a handling charge, as the all the other charges by the courier company appointed by the buyer will be on their account.

Buyer(s) can request for an estimate for the courier charge to their respective country by giving us your full mailing address. As courier rates by Speedpost changes every quarterly, we will not be held liable if the rates were to increase without any prior notice. All rate rates quoted by Raksha Trading are non-binding unless stated otherwise.

For local buyer(s), they have the option to,

a) Self Collect.

(Recommended collection point will be Lavender MRT, Control Station Booth form those coming by the MRT or for those driving, buyer(s) stop under the Overhead bridge that leads to the Goldenmile Complex just after the Blk 1 Beach Road bus stop).

b) Local Mail.

(Charges according to the weight of the package). c) One Day Express Delivery. (This service has its size & weight limit & its costly),

NOTE FOR LOCAL BUYER (S),

For self collect, buyer(s) can choose to either pay in advance by Cheque or pay in cash when collecting, For Local mail & One Day Express Delivery, buyers must make their payments & including for the delivery charge in well advance by cheque made in the favor of Raksha Trading before the delivery is made.

3) Insurance.

Like all things getting insurance for the product that you just bought would be a good idea for product or a shipment having a high value. We, Raksha Trading will not be taking any insurance for the parcel shipped out. Buyer(s) should note that all shipments done are at the sole responsibility & at the risk of the buyer(s).

While all care will be taken when the parcel is being packed & with due care being taken, we shall not be held liable if the parcel reaches to you in a bad shape. We suggest that as the product is send thru the courier service, the buyer should take the matter up with the courier service itself, & at the same time keep us informed to that we too may assist you in whatever way possible.



4) NO CASH REFUND, GOODS ONCE SOLD CANNOT BE EXCHANGED or RETURNED POLICY.

As refunds, returns & redelivering adds to the cost of operations, We want to avoid incurring un necessary cost that inevitable drives up of cost of products that are on sale on our site. We practice a policy of " NO REFUNDS, GOODS ONCE SOLD CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED" Buyer(s) are encouraged to enquire as much as they want about a product & request for photographs (within a reasonable quantity 5-10 pictures) to satisfy their quires. Having said that, & base on GOOD WILL, Raksha Trading, will however review claims for exchange on a case by case basis BUT Raksha Trading accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY& NO BINDING COMMITMENT are in NO WAY OBLIGED to entertain such claims. IF such a claim(s) is entertained it is to be understood that it’s out of pure Good Will & the Buyer is entitled to a 1 to 1 exchange or to something of equivalent value, as there will be NO CASH REFUND. We hope to find & reach a fair, just & amicable solution for all concerned.
